What does this map display?
The color-shaded regions on the map correspond
to the various maximum building heights within a zone
originating from Flagler Executive Airport (KFIN).
Zones are created from "imaginary surfaces" - figures in three dimensions that
describe various types of aircraft approaches based on FAA regulations.

These zones restrict building heights to ensure the safety of residents
and pilots within certain distances of each active runway.
Tall obstructions near the airport present potential dangers
and could also inhibit radio communications.

What is displayed when searching for or clicking a parcel?

• Property ID: the unique short-form property number also obtained
  from the Property Appraiser
• Majority elevation: the area of maximum building height that
  most covers the parcel
• Minority elevation: the area of maximum building height that
  least covers the parcel
• Lowest elevation: the lowest maximum building height on that parcel
• Highest elevation: the highest maximum building height on that parcel
• Number of unique elevations: the count of all potential
  maximum building heights on that parcel
